Eligibility
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused with original packaging intact.
How to return
- Visit your order history and start a return on the relevant item.
- Ensure the kit is unopened and in its original packaging. Print the return label we email you.
- Hand the package to the courier we schedule, or drop it at the nearest partner pickup point.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Razorpay typically posts refunds back to your account within 2 working days after that.
Digital products & eBooks
Due to the nature of digital downloads, eBooks and downloadable products are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a problem accessing a digital file, contact us and we'll make sure you get a working copy.
Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different kit, place a new order and return the original — both happen independently for the fastest turnaround.
