Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may update prices, descriptions or availability at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm acceptance once payment succeeds and the order ships.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Meli and Mom (PointerUP Trustees Limited) does not store full card details on our servers.
Shipping & returns
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within India. You may return unopened kits within 7 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Account & conduct
You're responsible for the security of your account. Use of the store for unlawful or abusive activity is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, branding and product designs — is owned by Meli and Mom (PointerUP Trustees Limited) or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
