Shipping
We ship across India from our warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm IST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
Options & costs
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Free on orders above ₹1,499; ₹99 otherwise.
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days. Flat ₹149 anywhere in India.
Delivery disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier disruptions beyond our control. We'll always keep you updated if your order is affected.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order is handed to the courier. You can also track live from your order history.
Returns
Unopened kits can be returned within 7 days of delivery, free of charge. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Bulk & school orders
For bulk orders (schools, corporates, NGOs), shipping is arranged separately. Contact us at care@meliandmom.com or WhatsApp for a custom quote.
International orders
